SICLE will be providing EAL/D training for teachers soon. There may be scholarships for this program. Check back later in 2026 for more information or register your interest in finding out more about the program.

Are you an existing teacher and want to add languages to your teaching methods?

Are you currently teaching languages in your school and would like to develop your skills?

To gain approval to teach Languages in Australian schools you will need:

1. Language proficiency assessment

2. Languages teaching methodology course

3. 15-day practicum
